RIO GRANDE CITY, TX - Representative Ryan Guillen, D-Starr County, and his wife, Dalinda, announced today that they are expecting a child (baby girl) on April 1st, 2010. This will be their first child.
Representative Ryan Guillen is in his fourth term in the Texas Legislature. Dalinda Guillen is Public Relations Coordinator at South Texas Health System in McAllen.
